We speak with public safety departments every day. We have well over 500 departments that are current Phoenix users and many departments that we are in regular contact with discussing options to improve their operations.
One issue that we come upon often is that many departments, especially departments who have not upgraded their Records Management in quite some time, are using different software suites to cover many aspects within their department. We often will find that companies will have separate software for Internal Affairs, their K9 management, employment tracking, etc.
We are excited to announce our next major upgrade that we have been hard at work throughout the past year. This year one area of focus is on adding and improving modules to the Record Management Systems that departments are currently utilizing multiple software systems to achieve the same goal.
