ProPhoenix fully integrated CAD and records

Multiple modules covering every aspect

We speak with public safety departments every day. We have well over 500 departments that are current Phoenix users and many departments that we are in regular contact with discussing options to improve their operations.

One issue that we come upon often is that many departments, especially departments who have not upgraded their Records Management in quite some time, are using different software suites to cover many aspects within their department. We often will find that companies will have separate software for Internal Affairs, their K9 management, employment tracking, etc.

We are excited to announce our next major upgrade that we have been hard at work throughout the past year. This year one area of focus is on adding and improving modules to the Record Management Systems that departments are currently utilizing multiple software systems to achieve the same goal.

Some of these areas of improvement include:

K-9 module updates:

  • Dedicated Training Module with Training Aid - Lay Track and Track (using map)
  • Improved Medical
  • Updated K9 Reports for Narcotics, Explosives, Firearms, and Others with Tracking
  • K9 Expense Tracking

Employment Applicant Tracking Module:

  • Manage applicants
  • Track hiring processes such as Tests, Interviews, Background Checks, Approve and Reject
  • Assign tasks to relevant personnel
  • If hired, link to Personnel module
  • Post jobs on the Citizen Services Portal and receive applications from CSP

Medical Examiner/Coroner Module

  • Manage Medical Examiner/Coroner case independently of the normal RMS case
  • Maintain case reviews and track efforts
  • Write Medical Examiner/Coroner Case Reports
  • Collect and track evidence separate from the Property module
  • Support for PDF forms

Keep in mind that these are just 3 of our current modules in our RMS system and we are continually adding and improving modules.

If you are currently using multiple software systems to manage records, give us a call and we probably have a solution for you. We would love to talk to you about the benefits of bringing everything under one roof, and let us compare our current modules to your existing additional software that you are using.
