However, with any software package of this magnitude, we realize that proper initial training and ongoing training is always needed. In addition, our users are 24/7. Police, Fire and Rescue need 24 hour support, which is available live through ProPhoenix, as well as several resources that are readily available and at your fingertips to get the answers that you need when you need them.
One area of improvement that we have implemented are our Training and How-to Videos. Users are able to log into their CRM program and view How-to Videos on a variety of topics, as well as participating in live webinars and viewing past webinars.
In-depth tutorials on popular topics are hosted by our President and CEO, Sam Ramasamy, in an easy to follow format. Ranging from 10 or 15 minutes, up to over 45 minutes, the videos can be viewed in their entirety or by sections. We have annotated each section of the video by a white dot along the timeline, so users who want a specific question answered do not have to watch an entire video to get a quick answer. We feel this feature will greatly enhance the user experience, and save our users valuable time.
