Fully Integrated Software for Every Department

Police, Fire and EMS under one roof

Most Public Safety Software on the market today offers solutions for Law Enforcement only.   Some software companies only offer CAD, Mobile or RMS separately, which can be quite challenging for departments who have purchased software such as this.   Many of our customers that are coming off of older systems are looking for a fully integrated system, and for the most part the system is ideally approached as a whole.

However, what few software companies offer are solutions for the other departments within a municipality.   This is where ProPhoenix stands apart from the competition.   We often will find that Police, Fire and Rescue Departments are all equally involved in the purchasing of a new Public Safety Software System.   There is great informational overlap between departments, especially when dealing with dispatch from 911 call centers, so why worry about snags in the information system.

Our Fire RMS system has been around since the beginning, and designed specifically for Fire Departments and Fire Personnel.   To us, Fire is not an afterthought to a Law RMS system, but offers all of the same features and integration of the police counterpart.   CAD is fully integrated into the Fire RMS system to avoid duplicate entries on fire calls in the same intuitive way that our Law RMS operates.  In addition, the Law and Fire RMS are entirely integrated with each other (with permissions) for even greater department interoperability.

We have taken the Fire RMS system and made it entirely functional while on the road.   No more handwritten entries and re-entering data into the system for fire inspections.  Inspectors can easily pull up any needed information stored in records on any given property, record any violations and immediately notify the property’s owner or manager.   Signature of the property manager can be obtained right on any popular mobile device or tablet to ensure that the property manager has been documented as receiving the violation.

The fire inspections functionality of the Fire RMS is a major piece of our system, but certainly not the only piece.  The system is equipped with functionality to handle both paid and volunteer (or mix) departments, and offers tools for managing inventory, fleet, personnel, hydrants and scheduling.  The RMS system supports all popular reporting standards such as NIFRS and NFPA 921 with easy automatic electronic submissions.

With our Fire Live app, perfect for volunteer personnel, firefighters can track all fire calls within their jurisdiction and respond to the department and the dispatch center right from their phone.  This eliminates the need for personnel to report to the station in emergency situations and allows better emergency management.

In addition to Fire, EMS Departments, whether stand-alone departments, or operating under the Fire Department’s direction, have a software solution built just for them.   Like all other software options, EMS is entirely integrated with all Phoenix software systems, including CAD.   EMS responders are immediately given much needed information available on patients on record, including basic info, past medical response history and even photo attachments to records.   Emergency medical protocols can be stored within the system to provide a quick and easy step by step guide for many common emergencies.

Like our other systems, time savings is a major area where Phoenix software really shines.   No need for EMS professionals to fill out and submit mounds of paperwork on medical interventions.  ePCR nearly fills out itself, and can be submitted to the state using the NEMSIS V3.4.0 protocol.  All ePCR reports are entirely HIPAA and PHI compliant.

If you are in the market for a Fire RMS system, and/or EMS System, or you are a purchasing agent for your jurisdiction searching for a fully integrated system for all departments, look no further.

We are always eager to show how our product can help your department in real time, and answer any questions you may have.   Call us at 609-953-6850 to schedule a demo today.
