Most Public Safety Software on the market today offers solutions for Law Enforcement only. Some software companies only offer CAD, Mobile or RMS separately, which can be quite challenging for departments who have purchased software such as this. Many of our customers that are coming off of older systems are looking for a fully integrated system, and for the most part the system is ideally approached as a whole.

The fire inspections functionality of the Fire RMS is a major piece of our system, but certainly not the only piece. The system is equipped with functionality to handle both paid and volunteer (or mix) departments, and offers tools for managing inventory, fleet, personnel, hydrants and scheduling. The RMS system supports all popular reporting standards such as NIFRS and NFPA 921 with easy automatic electronic submissions.
With our Fire Live app, perfect for volunteer personnel, firefighters can track all fire calls within their jurisdiction and respond to the department and the dispatch center right from their phone. This eliminates the need for personnel to report to the station in emergency situations and allows better emergency management.
In addition to Fire, EMS Departments, whether stand-alone departments, or operating under the Fire Department’s direction, have a software solution built just for them. Like all other software options, EMS is entirely integrated with all Phoenix software systems, including CAD. EMS responders are immediately given much needed information available on patients on record, including basic info, past medical response history and even photo attachments to records. Emergency medical protocols can be stored within the system to provide a quick and easy step by step guide for many common emergencies.
Like our other systems, time savings is a major area where Phoenix software really shines. No need for EMS professionals to fill out and submit mounds of paperwork on medical interventions. ePCR nearly fills out itself, and can be submitted to the state using the NEMSIS V3.4.0 protocol. All ePCR reports are entirely HIPAA and PHI compliant.
