 Congratulations Chief Barry Weber

We would like to congratulate Chief Barry Weber on his recent retirement announcement and honor Wauwatosa’s Chief of Police of over 30 years on an outstanding career.

This month, Chief Weber announced his upcoming retirement plans, which will be effective on June 1st of this year.   Serving over 30 years at Wauwatosa and an additional 17 years as an officer before coming to Wauwatosa, Chief Weber certainly has had a very long and successful career and we wish him all the best in his retirement.

Chief Weber was honored with the first ever Courageous Police Leader of the Year Award on February 23rd by Law Officer.Com.   Congratulations as well on this recognition.

In his farewell letter, Chief Weber expressed his gratitude to his colleagues for their ongoing support and caring throughout the years, and wished everyone a heartfelt farewell.   He mentioned that his love for his profession and his many years of service, and looks forward to the next chief to take the organization to an even higher level in the future.

As some of our readers may know, ProPhoenix has had a very long relationship with the Wauwatosa Police Department as our very first users.

Once again, congratulations to Chief Weber, thank you for your many years of service to the community and the profession, and thank you for being such a great partner to us in our mission of providing great service to public safety officials.  Your faith in ProPhoenix is what propelled us to success.

“We could find no better example of courageous police leadership beyond the efforts of Chief Weber.” -Law Officer.com
