As you all know by now, the 2021 User’s Conference is back in person! We are very happy to be back at the Kalahari in Wisconsin Dells, WI and just as enthusiastic to share all of the new features with you. Our team
has been hard at work preparing the 2022 release, which will add several features and improvements that our users have requested. We are excited to unveil those new items during the Opening Session of the Conference on Tuesday, September 28th.
The What’s New release notes will be available at the Conference as well as in CRM after the Conference has concluded.
The schedule for breakout sessions and meeting rooms will be emailed on or about September 21st to all registered attendees. Remember, Conference registration is held in the Lobby of the Hotel from 3:00 – 5:00
pm. You will be able to check-in for your hotel room starting at 2:00 pm at the Main Desk; however, the room is not guaranteed to be available until after 4:00 pm. You might get lucky and it will be ready right away! If
you are not registered by 5:00 pm on Monday, you need to see Sue in the Bowling Alley after 6:00 pm for your wristband and name tag, or outside the Great Karoo for breakfast from 7:00 until 8:30 am on Tuesday. Other Conference materials will be available outside of Suite 1 in the Convention Center between 8:30 and 9:00 am prior to the Opening Session.
Some attendees have asked about bringing a laptop to the Conference. Yes, you may; however, wi-fi will only be available in hotel rooms, not in the meeting rooms. Others have asked if the sessions will be videotaped
and they will not. We will be posting power point presentations from the breakout sessions in CRM at the end of the week.
We believe we are prepared to host another successful Conference with a plethora of new information and ideas. We have also planned some activities to help you meet your peers from around the United States. Networking is always a major takeaway from the week. Don’t forget to study your Phoenix trivia, there may be a test!
