When you are looking for new software to run your department, sometimes the best place to be is where you can see as many options as possible at one time.  Association trade shows, conferences, and conventions brings many segments of the industry together and are great places to get a look at what options are out there.  In this era of digital communication, texts, emails and putting a screen between you and someone else, the shows can bring us back to what works the best: face to face, handshakes, and looking someone in the eye. You can speak directly with the sales rep who’s been calling you get a look at a demo of this great software that you’re department needs.

Attending a show can be overwhelming with a lot of options to look at and conversations that happen in a short amount of time. It takes a lot of energy to gather the information you need throughout the event, so after the show its best to take some time and allow yourself and your colleagues a chance to digest what you’ve seen and what you brought back to the office.  You won’t make a decision at the event, and you don’t need to. You only need to put a face to the name, a handshake to the person, and see the product up close.

Look for ProPhoenix at the following shows this spring, and check our events page often for updates throughout the year. We’ll have our great folks ready to give you a demo and answer questions about how we can help solve your departments challenges in the years ahead.
