We are pleased to announce the newest member of the Phoenix family and our first live agency in the great state of California! Welcome Glenn County, CA Sheriff’s Office, who went live Monday as a multi-juris CAD, Mobile and RMS user.
ProPhoenix is incredibly excited to partner with Glenn County. Home to over 39 million people in 58 counties and over 480 municipalities, California, like every other state, has their own guidelines and regulations that each department must follow and incorporate into their software systems. We have worked hard over the last year working all of this out with the county, and we are pleased to have the infrastructure in place to service clients in this important state.
Glenn County is located in beautiful Northern California, just north of Sacramento. The County is responsible for law enforcement services in the unincorporated areas of the county and within the City of Willows. The Sheriff’s office handles the responsibility of Dispatch, County Jail and as also acts as the County Coroner.
Once again welcome to Glenn County Sheriff’s Office, and welcome our first live agency in the state of CA.
