We regret to announce that the 2020 ProPhoenix National Users’ Conference, originally scheduled for September 28th through October 1st, has been cancelled.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and based on survey results, our conference is not feasible this year. Further, we feel we cannot in good faith ask people to gather in large groups until further prevention methods are available.
We are looking forward to the next conference, scheduled for September 27th – October 1st, 2021 at the Kalahari in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.
We realize the training opportunities that our users enjoy during the 4-day conference are second to none. Because of this, our continued partnership is more important than ever. The pandemic, along with the social distancing guidelines, have required companies to adapt, and we assure you that we are diligently working to provide the same level of customer service to which you have grown accustomed.
The good news: We are currently planning a Virtual Conference for later in 2020. Dates, times and all of the details you will need to know will be announced as soon as they are finalized.

Both outlets offer company updates. You may also have noticed that we are more frequently emailing information about new features; we hope you will find that helpful.
