Welcome New Employees
2019 was a busy year at the office.
To better serve our customers, we added some new faces to our main headquarters.

 

Gerard joined us in March and
is responsible for the initiation,
planning, design, execution, monitoring,
controlling and closure of
an assigned project. His duty is to
maintain good communication and
management, so we can provide
our customers a seamless experience.
In addition, as a trainer,
Gerard is responsible to educate
and teach customers the skills and
knowledge of our products so they
have the confidence and ability to
provide fast and efficient service to
the communities they serve. Gerard
has several years of experience
in the public safety field, starting as a volunteer Firefighter/EMT, and for the past
17 1/2 years working for the Gloucester County NJ Emergency Response Center
as a PST and Assistant Trainer. Gerard is also a volunteer Battalion Chief with the
Washington Township, NJ Fire Dept. Gerard’s public safety experience is already
proving to be a valuable asset, as he provides the special understanding of the
needs and wants of public safety officials.

 

Mike joined us in March and manages
several accounts with the top
priority of maintaining an open line
of communication with the customers,
and to ensure their ProPhoenix
product, experience and interaction
with the company meets their
expectation. As a retired Berlin,
NJ Chief of Police, Mike is a former
ProPhoenix software user himself,
which provides him a unique understanding
of the end users mind set
and pain points. In addition, Mike
has a BA from Stockton University,
and over 28 years of law enforcement
experience both in the field
and as a system administrator.

 

Amanda joined us in April, and
is involved in a tech support role,
troubleshooting software CRMs and
transferring CRMs to support for
further assistance.

 

John joined us in June and manages
all sales and marketing efforts, including
our sales team. John’s background
includes time on Capitol
Hill and in higher education. He has
operated several of his own small
businesses and holds an MBA.

 

Jim joined us in July, and is responsible
for sales and business
development in the Midwest Region
of the company. Jim’s background
includes overs 30 years of sales and
management experience. The past
12 years have been spent in the Law
Enforcement/Public Safety industry.

 

Greg joined us in August and produces
all marketing materials, both
digital and print, and manages the
company’s social media accounts.
Greg comes from the non-profit
association industry with over 10
years of marketing and communication
experience.
