As you all know, ProPhoenix had to make the difficult decision this year to cancel our annual in-person User’s Conference that would have been held this week. This is the first time in our company history that we are forced to skip the annual in-person conference. Each year we look forward to this event to share all of the new developments, and to listen to your suggestions, so that we can plan for the following year. We also realize that many of our users attend the conference to increase their Phoenix software knowledge, and to keep up to date with new features, in order to better serve their agencies and communities.
ProPhoenix is still dedicated to our promise to never stop improving our product and to keep pace with industry trends. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced businesses to find creative solutions to new challenges, and not having the ability to meet with users in a conference setting was particularly upsetting. Therefore we are pleased to announce a virtual User’s Conference for us to communicate with you, our users, and announce the many exciting new features that we have accomplished since we met last year.

The meeting access details will be emailed to your Agency contact person several days before the event. It is recommended that each Agency reserves a conference room with a large screen so you can invite your coworkers and supervisors to attend along with you. A chat room function will also be available to ask questions in real time during the presentation. It will be monitored by ProPhoenix personnel for expert answers on the spot.
