December 15, 2020
The year 2020 has been a trying year to say the least. As the pandemic continued, and based on the results of our conference survey, we realized that the Annual User Conference would need to be postponed. We couldn’t, in good faith, justify holding a gathering of this size until further prevention methods are available. This was the first time in our company’s history that the in-person Annual User Conference would be postponed, and it was a very difficult decision to make.
We realize that many of our users attend the conference to increase their ProPhoenix software knowledge and to keep up to date with new features in order to better serve their agencies and communities. In addition, the Conference is a great opportunity to hear from our users. We often say that our customers are our best resource, and we look forward to their suggestions, so that we can plan for the following year.
Because of this, we knew that a User Conference of some sort would need to take place, and we are pleased to announce that the Virtual Conference was a huge success this year. Please keep in mind that the Virtual Conference is not meant to replace the normal in-person User Conference. We already have the dates booked for next year’s Conference, which will be held once again in beautiful Wisconsin Dells, WI, September 27 – September 30, 2021.
The all-day Virtual User Conference was held last Wednesday, December 9 and we received nothing but great feedback from our attendees. While we were unable to present our conference in the traditional way, attendees were very impressed with the way that this format was handled, and pleased with the level of information they received.
Second to none at our User Conference is our ability to communicate new features, which are often requested by users, or born of ideas obtained from feedback. We take our customer feedback very seriously, and continually strive to make our products more innovative, intuitive and intelligence driven. Although the pandemic has put in-person gatherings on hold, technology enabled us to meet virtually. The ProPhoenix team has been hard at work throughout the year, as always, providing new features and improving upon existing ones. We keep our users up to date on these new and improved each year, and this year was no different.
Listed below is a run-down of the 15 major topics covered during the Virtual Conference. The full list of new features can be found in CRM under the product release notes.
We would like to thank our entire customer base for their continued support. Without our users, none of this would be possible. A special thank you goes out to everyone who attended the Virtual User Conference, and all of the great feedback that we have received. We look forward to seeing everyone in person next year! As mentioned above, the release notes will be available for all of our users, and if anyone has any questions on the conference or any of the topics covered, always reach out to us.
Nothing can make us happier than to say, ‘see you next year in the Dells!’
