All Phoenix Public Safety software products utilize the Microsoft.NET Framework, and support Windows 2003/2008, 32/64 bit, and SQL 2005/2008. This foundation allows for both vertical and horizontal scalability, with full support for virtualization technologies such as Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWare, with options for various modes of operation, such as load balancing, redundancy, high availability, and disaster recovery. While the entire suite of applications are .Net based (thin-client for CAD and Mobile applications), the RMS is 100% browser enabled and fully accessible from a Mobile or remote laptop/pc. ProPhoenix also embraces a philosophy of utilizing industry standards such as the Global Justice Extensible Mark-Up Language (GJXML), the National Information Exchange Model (NIEM), and the Emergency Data Extensible Mark-Up Language (EDXML).
