December 23, 2019

All of us at ProPhoenix would like to wish everyone a happy and safe holiday.  We hope you had a great 2019 and we are looking forward to another great year in 2020.

2019 was a year that saw ProPhoenix bring several new staff members on board to better serve our customers:

•    Sales Support - George Keels
•    Midwest Sales Representative - Jim Hendrickson
•    Marketing Coordinator - Greg Bailey
•    GM of Sales and Marketing - John Leekley

In the first few months of 2020, George Keels will be contacting current ProPhoenix software users to ensure that we are meeting your expectations as your public safety software provider.

In addition to reaching out to address any questions or concerns, we would like to introduce several new products and features.  George will be happy to answer any questions that you may have and help you get started with adding them to your current software suite.

Our offices will be closed Wednesday, December 25th and Wednesday, January 1st, but 24/7 technical support, by phone and CRM, will remain available to meet our user agency needs throughout the holidays.

Thank you to all of our ProPhoenix software users, Happy Holidays, and we look forward to working with you in the new year.
