As COVID-19 (coronavirus) continues to expand globally, we want to communicate our commitment to business continuity while at the same time, ensuring the health and safety of our customers and employees.
Here at ProPhoenix, we have the processes, practices and infrastructure in place to provide uninterrupted business and support operations. You can rest assured our commitment to you remains intact.
In addition to government mandates, we are modifying day-to-day business operations, closely following the recommendations set forth by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This includes taking the immediate action of suspending all business travel for ProPhoenix employees, until March 31st. If we have a scheduled onsite meeting that can be handled via online, please work with our team to plan a WEB presentation or postpone the session until we have clear directions from the CDC, State and/or local governments.
You can confidently expect the same high level of productivity and service from our team, during this time. Please continue utilizing our normal technical support operations and working with your ProPhoenix representative for all Project Management, Training and Support activities.
