Why Attend Advanced Training

No matter how experienced you are, there is always something to learn to improve your skills and overall product knowledge and to establish yourself as a Phoenix Expert within your Agency.

 New Tools, Ideas & Approaches

Every year we introduce enhancements, new tools, and explore new methods to increase your Agency’s efficiency and effectiveness. Demonstrations enable you to evaluate new functionality for implementation and training your co-workers when you return to work. We encourage you to provide feedback and share ideas for future growth.

Networking & Valuable Breakout Sessions

Attend sessions in your expertise or pop in to learn another aspect of Phoenix that you may not be familiar with. Opportunities exist for large, small or individual training sessions.
Network with your peers and meet Company staff.

Focus on your Investment

Getting out of the office, or off the street, for a few days will focus your attention on absorbing information that is valuable, away from interruptions and crisis-driven work time. Advanced Training further increases the Return on Investment.
