The Phoenix Citizen Connection Program provides citizens in your community with the ability to share    personalized information with their public safety providers. PCCP captures private IP based camera    information in the CAD module and allows first responders a glimpse into the business, school, or    premise while responding to a call for service. PCCP also provides an opportunity for residents to    enter medical and emergency contact information that can be viewed by first responders while                  enroute to the location.
