The purpose of this hosted WEB site is to allow the public a quick and easy method of providing (and receiving) valuable information from their public safety agencies. CSP™ is incorporated within the Phoenix suite of products and subsequently takes full advantage of automation and seamless integration. As a result, this innovation provides many time and money saving features to the department and the citizenry. For example, it is estimated that nearly 25% of police calls lack investigatory leads or are simply filed for insurance purposes and that these calls could quickly be submitted on-line without a police response. Because of the relationship between Citizen Services and the Phoenix suite of products there is no need to maintain a separate database, no need for duplicate data entry, no need for costly interfaces, and most importantly no need to purchase third party stand alone software!
